Payment methods
- Cash
Cash payment is possible when you pick up the order yourself.
- Nova Poshta money transfer (cash on delivery)
Cash-on-delivery orders are shipped only with a delivery prepayment of 100 UAH. If the parcel is not collected or is refused, the prepayment covers the carrier's services and handling costs.
For cash on delivery, a fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount is added to the delivery cost.
- Bank transfer
Payment to a PrivatBank card.
If you are ordering on behalf of a company, please say so in the order comments or by phone. We will prepare all documents and issue an invoice for bank transfer.
Delivery methods
- Ukrposhta
Ukrposhta delivery within Ukraine requires full prepayment. The carrier's rates are available on the Ukrposhta website.
- Nova Poshta
Charged at the carrier's rates. The rates are available on the Nova Poshta website.
Delivery to a branch. Your order can be delivered to any Nova Poshta branch. As a rule, you can collect it the next day or the day after you receive an SMS from Nova Poshta. When collecting the order, you can always open it and check the integrity and quality of the products right at the Nova Poshta branch. You will receive a message with the waybill number to the phone number you provided on the day the order is shipped. The order must be collected within 5 business days of its arrival at the Nova Poshta branch.
Courier delivery by Nova Poshta is made to the address you provide in any city or town in Ukraine. Before delivery, a Nova Poshta representative will always contact you to confirm the address and time of delivery. Delivery takes 2-3 days.

Your order is delivered in 2-4 business days, depending on the payment method you choose. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it is prepared on the first business day after the order date.
The Customer pays the delivery cost when receiving the parcel. For exchanges and returns, the Customer pays for delivery in both directions.
